**UPDATE**
Given the low attendance each month and my personal commitments, I regrettably need to pause Men Can Heal for the first half of 2026. I intend to resume in July and assess the interest at that time. In the meantime, I will continue to pray and seek guidance regarding the group’s future. I also want to express my gratitude to everyone who has generously supported my group over the past four years, as well as to the men who participated.
Kind regards, Rob – Founder of Men Can Heal
Please get in contact if you wish to attend the meeting.

Providing a safe, friendly, non-judgmental place for men to share and know they are valued.
Men Can Heal was founded in September 2021, and it all began during prayer time with God. The very first meeting took place at Holy Trinity Church in Aylesbury, and it is at Holy Trinity that this new journey will commence.
The group will remain open to all men in the Aylesbury community, and there will be dedicated time for conversations. While men’s mental health will continue to be the focal point of Men Can Heal, the meetings will also include time for prayer. This may involve group prayers or individuals receiving prayers.
In recent years, I have discovered that dedicating time to prayer, whether alone, with others, or for others, significantly contributes to my mental well-being. Cultivating a stronger faith and relationship with Jesus has propelled me to a more positive and healthier state than ever before.
I am eagerly anticipating this new direction for Men Can Heal and seek prayer and support as we embark on this exciting journey.
Starting from September 2024, Men Can Heal will embark on a new journey aimed at continuing to provide support to men in the community. The organization will be returning to its origins by transforming into a conversation group with prayer time for men.
What is Men Can Heal About..?
The aim of Men Can Heal is to give men a chance to meet, have a chat and share their own experiences regarding their mental health regardless of where they are at on their journey.
We aim to establish a safe space for 2-8 men where they can share what’s on their minds trusting that what they say will not be shared outside of the session.
We believe that every man who comes along will need to know they will not be judged, belittled or laughed at, that their voice will be heard, and they will be valued for who they are.
We currently meet once a month on the last Saturday of the month we meet in the Gallery Room @ Holy Trinity Church Aylesbury between 9.45am – 10.45am
At each meeting tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. We do not charge for these meetings. The only cost to the men who come along is an hour of their time
